2. Eligibility

The Website and our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from or sell products to persons under 18.

3. Product Information and Supplement Disclaimer

All products sold on the Website are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The information provided on this Website - including ingredient descriptions, nutritional claims, and editorial content - is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Nutritional claims made on this Website are aligned with European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) guidelines under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, as retained in UK law. These are food supplement claims only. Individual results vary and depend on overall diet, lifestyle, and health status.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

Submitting an order form on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by telephone or written communication and dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable UK rate. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If the correct price is higher than displayed, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of confirmation. Free standard UK delivery applies to orders over £30. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and, where applicable, Directive 2011/83/EU as retained in UK law.

To exercise your right to cancel, notify us in writing (including by email to hello@musclesnew.world) before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or mis-described. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. 7. Faulty or Mis-described Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your goods are faulty or mis-described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund; thereafter your rights under the Consumer Rights Act continue for 6 years (5 years in Scotland).

All content on the Website - including text, graphics, images, logos, and code - is the property of Redwood Nutrition Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Website content without our prior written consent.
